Baldness
It will get you all. Fortunately, I am years ahead of most of my hairy compatriots. Why they fight to preserve the little they have left, I thought it easier to list the benefits of baldness from a shiney headed veteran.
10 best things about being bald.

I’m quite fortunate I guess.
I have not been to the dentist since October 2007. Back then, I went with Stardent who I had read a lot of good things about. They have awards all over the place and the dentist looks like a nice place rather than somewhere where my teeth would go to die.
And in the 2 yrs and 8 months, my teeth have not troubled me at all. Not surprising since back in 2007 when my last visit was, I was in incredible pain (during the procedure), and I vowed not to have to go through that again.
I still ate a lot of sweets and non-teeth-friendly products, but I brushed and flossed a lot more than I ever did before.

I was thinking recently about Love. What it has entailed for me in the past. What it means for me going forward.
During the period of 2000 – 2010, I spent a lot of my time in pubs and pubs would always bring new people, a new bunch of college/univsersity students and it was a feeding ground for meeting new people.
When my local pub closed, the group of friends that I had/have cling to each other from the years of bonding formed in that place. It cool that we all still hang out, but my social life has somewhat diminshed.
This coupled with the fact that I have moved out into the sticks (Its a quiet town), I have not met any ‘new’ people in over 2 years.
That’s pretty weird. And I actually like meeting new people.

Okay, so we are into week 2.
There is a lot of the same stuff in week 1 repeated. Thankfully the power-shake has not appeared again, but it is the first time to bust out my juicer.

When I was 30, the company I was working at decided not to renew my contract. I went in one day and they asked me to leave saying my contract was up for renewal and they were taking the option not to renew it.
There was a few cuts made that month, but it sucked.

Hmmm. Well, I started on Monday 31st 2010.
First up was the lemon water or herbal tea choice. I think the green tea I have was the wrong one, and I guess to break out of my comfort zone, I opted for the Lemon water.
That was hard to stomach, but by the end of the first week, I was actually used to it. Its actually not that bad and its quite refereshing in the morning. I also have been leaving it in the fridge overnight, so its cold in the morning.

In the recent event of the hospital visits, I figured I needed to give my health the heave ho. Mainly what I am consumming. The truth is, like anyone else, I often don’t eat the best foods.

I would have said that I actually think I am on the right path with things in my life. Well, for the most part. For many years, I was miserable and fed up. But in my 30th year, I guess I started listening to what I wanted to do, rather than other people and the rest they say is history.
Even though my life is not exactly how I want it to be, I am the instigator of change.
