Sorry for the delay. Work has put a spanner in my 3 month ‘fix terry’ blogging schedule.
Okay, so we are into week 2.
There is a lot of the same stuff in week 1 repeated. Thankfully the power-shake has not appeared again, but it is the first time to bust out my juicer.

When I was 30, the company I was working at decided not to renew my contract. I went in one day and they asked me to leave saying my contract was up for renewal and they were taking the option not to renew it.
There was a few cuts made that month, but it sucked.

Hmmm. Well, I started on Monday 31st 2010.
First up was the lemon water or herbal tea choice. I think the green tea I have was the wrong one, and I guess to break out of my comfort zone, I opted for the Lemon water.
That was hard to stomach, but by the end of the first week, I was actually used to it. Its actually not that bad and its quite refereshing in the morning. I also have been leaving it in the fridge overnight, so its cold in the morning.

In the recent event of the hospital visits, I figured I needed to give my health the heave ho. Mainly what I am consumming. The truth is, like anyone else, I often don’t eat the best foods.

I would have said that I actually think I am on the right path with things in my life. Well, for the most part. For many years, I was miserable and fed up. But in my 30th year, I guess I started listening to what I wanted to do, rather than other people and the rest they say is history.
Even though my life is not exactly how I want it to be, I am the instigator of change.

Okay. So lets get started with this. I went through all my finances to get a general picture of my bills and debts. Results are as follows (montly basis)

I guess its time to get on this. Futher to the earlier post with me listing everything I deamed broken or irregular, I am concerned with some of the stuff that I listed. I guess if they are little things, the all add up. And as a whole, if there is one thing that is having a knock on effect, tyhen I guess I should get to the bottom of it and find out.
- I’ve booked an appointment with the doctor to get a check up on general health and man problems. My doctor has a habit of fobbing me off sometimes, so as a back-up I have looked into getting all my bits and bobs looked at by a private clinic.
- I have scheduled another appointment with my dentist. I have not been in 2.5 yrs.
- I’m start the alkaline diet on the 1st June 2010. I signed up with the Energise for Life course, 2 weeks ahead of myself, giving me plenty of time to get any suppliments or equipment I should need.
- And I probably shouldnt admit this, but I am even going to try the colon hydrotherapy ( I have 3 appointments – the lady said that would be good to start). Although I dont think I need to do it loads, I guess it can’t hurt to try. I spoke to a friend of mine recently who had to have it done (poor bloke), and he assured me it was not all that bad.
And I have a basic exercise plan to get back into shape.
- With the alkaline diet, there is a basic excerise plan that I am going to follow.
- I am going to cycle to work, also saving me money…..in the long term.
- I would like to take up football again on a once a week basis.
I’ll give the prognosis for all when I have them.
So, I know a little bit about long distance relationships. I guess this is how they should work.
Plus it has Drew Barrymore in it and Christina Applegate. As SISTERS
WIN!!!!
Hmmm. This is a difficult one for me. But I will briefly explain.
I have not had a lot of luck with women in my life. For years, I was really shy when it came to talking to a girl that I found attractive, especially if I didn’t know them. I know I’m not the only guy to feel like this. I felt like the ground would open up if they knew that I liked them.
I would normally have to move town.
