Okay.  So its time to sum up how things have gone in the second month.   Still juggling everything at the moment.  Its a nightmare.

Health

  • Test Results come back all clear, but some problems still exist.  So have booked another doctors appointment in a few days.
  • My 2 final dentist appointments.   Came and went.  I now no longer have any silver fillings, or any more dental work that needs doing.  It was expensive, but its worth it.
  • I love the cycling to work.  My legs are now used to it and I rarely leave the hardest gear.  So uphill all the way home is no longer a challenge.
  • Consequently, I have fallen off bike twice and bruised my wrist, which has eradicated pressups for the last month.  All the other exercises are going well.   The weights have increased in weight and number of reps.   Starting to see the definition in the stomach and arms.
  • Alkaline diet has faltered somewhat.    I have slipped a few times this month.  My ’3 day birthday party’ involved, beer, restaurant food and cakes.  But aside from that I am still eating a lot better than ever before.

Love

  • Last months MSN conversations turned into a date, but I dont think we will be seeing each other aga9j.  It was nice to get asked out on a date though.
  • I conceded and actually paid for a dating site.   I have not had a lot of interest.  A few emails back and forth that eventually died down.
  • Currently still emailing someone.  We’ll see what happens with that one.

Money

  • Hmmm, this has not been so good this month.  I have had to book a holiday (although it was dirt cheap).
  • 2 Dentist appointments as well.
  • I did however cancel the account fees on my bank account, saving me £120 a year.

Soul

  • I have been feeling a lot of frustration regarding some areas of my life.  People not getting back to me in work and love scenarios tends to make it difficult for me to focus when I have things unfinished.
  • The illustration project which I started last month was completed.  I bloody love drawing.
  • I haved also started shopping online from a more expensive supermarket.  They have better produce, but yeah, its more expensive.
  • I redesigned my posrtfolio website.   Have a look.
